THE PALACE OF THE LOST CITY

Fabled to be the Royal Residence of an Ancient King, it is truly one of the 'Worlds Leading Hotels". The Palace lavishes its guests with 5-star service, and is luxurious in every facet of its fabulous architecture and décor.

The Bridge of Time - An impressive bridge, guarded by mighty elephants, an ingenious
mock-volcano regularly erupts, causing smoke and lava to bellow forth from deep within
the Temple of Creation.
The Kong Gates - These massive gates guard the entrance to the Valley.
Sway Bridge - creaks and sways as it spans the cascading waters below.
Royal Staircase - The Royal Staircase links the Valley of Waves to the Palace of The Lost City.

Royal Baths - whose tepid waters were reputed to have healing powers, were originally built
over a natural spring. Crumbling roman pillars tower overhead, creating a base upon

Golf

Sun City has two incredible world-class golf courses set against the rugged backdrop of the Pilanesburg mountains. Sun City's two, par-72 championship golf courses offer visitors to Southern Africa's premier resort an exciting and challenging golf experience.
The exotic allure of the Lost City Golf Course, and the championship nature of the Gary Player Country Club tests the grit of many a fine golfer. Both courses were designed
by South African golf legend, Gary Player.

The Gary Player Country Club is acknowledged as a difficult and demanding course.
The course requires both stamina and accuracy from players.
The comparatively flat nature of the golf course is misleading - water hazards,
cunningly sited bunkers and pins hidden away on kidney shaped greens makes
up for the lack of gradient.

The Lost City Golf Course astounds players with its breathtaking beauty and intriguing course.
The most hazardous area is the 13th hole. Inhabiting the water hazard are 38 crocodiles,
some of them nearly two metres long.
Golfers are discouraged from retrieving their wayward balls from the croc infested pool !
On the whole a round at Lost City is an experience which one will not easily forget.

Wind Chimes Wedding Chapel
